Payment terms:100% prepayment for the exported batch of Goods. A
batch means the quantity of Goods that
is delivered simultaneously on one or more
consignment notes/UPD to the address of one consignee from
one shipper. Settlements during the execution
of the contract are carried out through accounts opened in JSC
"Tolyattikhimbank"
Location and terms of delivery:After the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer is obliged to make a security payment in
the amount of 5% of the contract value to the Seller's current account. The funds
transferred to the security payment account

of sampling of the Goods, the Buyer pays a penalty
within 10 banking days in the amount of 0.2% of the amount
