Payment terms:
Payment for each batch of goods is made in a non-cash manner to the Supplier's settlement account specified by him in the payment documents for the quantity of petroleum products actually delivered, based on the consignment note signed by the parties (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), invoice or UPD within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery.
The date of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligations to pay for the delivered petroleum products is the date when the amount payable is debited from the Buyer's current account.
The delivery date is considered to be:
• delivery by railway transport – the date of arrival of the railway / tanks at Vladivostok station, indicated in the stamp of the railway consignment note.
• delivery by sea – the date indicated in the loading document (bill of lading, loading order, acceptance certificate, etc.), issued after unloading the Goods from the Supplier's sea transport.
Delivery terms:
from the date of signing the contract to 02.02.2026.
Delivery is carried out in one batch at the bid of the buyer.
Place of delivery:
When delivered by railway transport:
– Vladivostok station, Far Eastern Railway, station code 98003.
When delivered by tanker:
- Vladivostok, berth No. 11. oil depot PJSC "VMTP".
The supply of petroleum products is carried out by any of the above methods.
