Payment terms:Payment under the Contract is made by the Buyer in a non-cash manner to the Supplier's settlement account on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier, a COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 consignment note or a universal transfer document (UPD) within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of each batch specified in the acceptance document. The date of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods is the date when funds are debited from the Buyer's account.
Delivery terms:Delivery: from September 16 to October 15, 2025.
Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's vehicles in batches, on working days and during working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 local time (Vladivostok). Deliveries on weekends or holidays, as well as during non-working hours or at night can be made by separate written agreement of the Parties. Delivery on such days and/or time is not reflected in the price.
