The delivery period may be extended by 5 (five) calendar days at the Buyer's initiative if the Buyer's vessel, which was supposed to arrive at the place of delivery before the end of the delivery period, was delayed due to objective circumstances (delay in transit due to weather, changes in the ship's schedule, extension of the cargo handling period in the previous port).
