Payment terms:
Payment for a batch of goods is made by bank transfer to the Supplier's settlement account specified in the payment documents for the amount of petroleum products actually delivered, based on the consignment note signed by the parties (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), invoice or UPD (universal transfer document) within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery.
The delivery date is considered to be:
• delivery by railway transport – date of arrival of railway/tanks at Vladivostok station.
• delivery by sea – the date indicated in the transceiver document issued when pumping the Goods into the tanks of the tank farm.
Delivery terms:
from the date of signing the agreement
and no later than December 15, 2025.
The delivery of petroleum products is carried out in one batch based on the Bid of the Buyer.
