Payment terms:The Goods shall be paid by the Buyer on the invoice issued by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier not earlier than 30 (thirty), but not later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the Goods arrival.
Delivery terms:The delivery time is December 2018.
Delivery is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Supplier.

1. Requirements for the technical and functional characteristics of the goods are set out in Annex 1 "Terms of Reference".

- certificate of quality for the offered goods.
