Any legal entity or individual can participate in this procedure, as well as an association of these persons, capable of legally supplying the required goods / providing the required service / performing the required work.
A participant in marketing research must provide a commercial offer (in free form), as well as other documents, at the discretion of the participant (for example, a price offer - in free form - in rubles with VAT; documents confirming the price offer: preliminary budget estimates compiled in accordance with the current regulatory framework of the Russian Federation).
This marketing research is not a notice of the procurement, does not give any rights to the participants and does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
