IN THE Commercial Proposal IT IS MANDATORY TO REGISTER THE FULL/DETAILED NAMES OF ITEMS.
1) It is necessary to attach a Commercial offer (Commercial Proposal) in electronic form. Price offers without an attached Commercial Proposal will be considered last.
2) When issuing a Commercial Proposal, the following information must be provided:
-Separately the cost of the goods and separately the cost of delivery (with indication of taxation);
-Terms of payment;
-Delivery time;
- Certificates of conformity;
- A guarantee.
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
the quality;
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
6) Participation in the tender means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
