Comments:
1. The requirements for the technical, functional characteristics of the goods are set out in Appendix 1 "Technical Specifications".
2. The price offered by the participant shall include the value of the goods, transportation costs, the cost of packaging, all taxes, insurance costs, as well as all other expenses.
3. The participant's application shall contain:
- Scan of the commercial offer on the official form in free form
- Quality certificate for the offered goods.
