Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. The main proposal - Payment is made no earlier than 30 calendar days upon delivery of the product, including VAT and transportation costs;
2. Alternative offer - Payment is 100% when placing an order, including VAT and transportation costs.

Comments: The validity of the TCH (price) must be valid for at least 180 calendar days.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
PJSC AK VNZM reserves the right not to inform participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the request or its results, and also to exclude any of the participant in the request without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
