JSC Evraz Vanadium Tula informs that when summing up competitive procedures for the right to conclude a contract, the use of a standard contract form developed by the company is taken into account, among other things.

The agreement of the standard form of the contract on the part of the Supplier must be in writing.

Together with the Commercial Proposal, upload the company's card to the bid documentation.

The list of spare parts (name and quantity) is available in the bid documentation.

In the Commercial Proposal, specify: cost, payment terms, delivery terms, warranty obligations.

The offer is valid for at least 15 business days.
