Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Preference will BE GIVEN TO Bidders with A deferred payment of at least 60 days from the date of full delivery to the Consignee'S warehouse
If the Supplier requires an advance payment, the Supplier undertakes to provide a Bank Guarantee from the Supplier's bank for the entire amount of the advance payment. Information on readiness to provide a bank guarantee must be indicated in the BID form, in clause8 of the Payment Terms.

If the requested documents are not submitted in accordance with the Bid Notice, the offer is automatically withdrawn from the tender.
Required documents:
1) BID ON LETTERHEAD
2) Specification in Excel format
3) Technical AND Commercial Proposal in Excel format with a full description and photos / images of THE products offered
4) Bidder QUESTIONNAIRE in Word format

The offer on the electronic trading platform must match the offer UPLOADED IN the BID DOCUMENTATION

The validity period of the Commercial Proposal must be at least 30 CALENDAR DAYS

Special conditions:
In the offers, the cost of assembly, placement and installation services should be highlighted in a separate line (if the supplier provides such services). Offers without an assembly service are also considered.

Requirements:
1. It is mandatory to have complete lists indicating the number of places that make up the set for one name (assembly unit).
2. Each packing place must be marked.
3. Each packing place must be accompanied by a packing list indicating the composition.
4. For all assembly units, assembly diagrams and drawings must be attached.

The price should include the cost of products, VAT, transportation costs, duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
Transportation costs can be indicated in a separate line or included in the cost of products for each ITEM (with mandatory indication OF this).
