Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum in the amount of 15 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value within fifteen (15) business days from provision of the shipping documents (commercial invoice, consignment note or waybill).
Delivery terms:1. The prices are indicated on the terms of EXW (pickup from the supplier's warehouse). In the cost of production transportation costs are not found. In the cost of production to provide packing and if necessary obreshetku cargo.
6. Specify the product readiness time for shipment and shipping address.
7. Specify the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relation to the product. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach the documents confirming the status.
8. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the goods and its quality (certificate, Declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
9. Products should be new, not used. The products must comply with the attached technical specification;
10. Specify warranty terms for the product. It should be calculated from the moment of commissioning of the TMSC.
11. Specify the dimensions of each unit of the item and the total lot (mass, volume).
12. Upon shipment, a packing list shall be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the purchaser. Before sending it is necessary to send a photo of each cargo place.
13. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional offer fields. Fields should be filled in with information, without comments-"in KP".

Optional (not required):

If possible delivery of goods under the terms of DDP (buyer's warehouse/Port Magadan), the offer should be issued as an alternative KP to the declared procedure. Shipping costs must be specified in the KP as a separate line.

Comments:
1. The application of the KP, certificates and documents confirming the relationship to the products are mandatory.

3. Coordination of the form of the framework contract annexed to the procurement documentation, without disagreement is obligatory.

Criteria for determining the winner:
1. Conformity of the offered products to the terms of technical specification, customer's approval.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the buyer's warehouse in Magadan.
3. The period of readiness of the goods for shipment.
4. Participant's attitude to production (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide a complete set of documents specified in the conditions of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
