Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse without comments.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of goods to the the Far North districts to the facility, the packing of cargo must ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation, storage (accumulation) and materials handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

The price should include the costs of packaging, labeling and delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse.

1) It is imperative to upload the TCH indicating all the requested delivery terms.
2) The TCH must indicate:


- Price with VAT / without VAT, including packaging, labeling
- mode of transportation
- delivery period
- type of packaging
- terms of payment
- attitude to products (attach certificates)
- delivery time
- warranty period,
- shipping address
- cost of delivery
- KP validity period

The cost of goods must include packaging and labeling in accordance with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96
Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, terms of payment, work experience;
This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
