Auto-extension

Delivery terms:By shipping to the buyer's warehouse at the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective batch of goods, is the date that the Supplier transfers the corresponding batch of goods in the Buyer's warehouse. In view of the continued transport of Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of goods in packagings shall ensure that the goods are safe during its transport, storage process ( accumulation) and cargo processing. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

The cargo must meet GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to areas of the far north and equated terrain. Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage"

The price must include the costs of packing, marking and shipping the goods to the buyer's warehouse.
1) It is necessary to load the TKP with all requested terms of delivery.
2) The TKP must specify:
- Price with NDS/ VAT excl., including packaging, labeling
- type of transport
- delivery time
- type of packaging
- payment terms
- product ratio (attach certificates)
- delivery time
- warranty period,
- shipment address
- shipping cost
- KP expiration

Item price must include packing and marking according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96
The criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
This procedure of requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this request for offer procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer.
