Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, upon providing invoice / f and TN.

1. Prices must be indicated on the terms of delivery (Buyer's warehouse); the offer must be drawn up in the commercial proposal for the announced procedure. Delivery costs must be indicated on a separate line in the commercial proposal. In the cost of products, provide for packaging and, if necessary, crate the cargo
2. Indicate the date of product readiness for shipment.
3. Specify the delivery time of products.
4. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relationship to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
5. Attach a Declaration of Conformity / Certificate for the proposed products.
6. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of production and the general ones for the application (weight, volume).
7. Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
8. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending it is necessary to send a photo of each package.
9. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the inventory by the customer or from the moment the inventory is put into operation (one of the proposed options is required). Indicate.
10. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the offer (11 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the KP".
Winner selection criteria:
1. Compliance of the offered products with the conditions of the Customer.
2. The lowest total cost of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in Magadan.
3. The term of the Goods readiness for shipment.
4. The attitude of the participant to the product (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
