Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants. In the proposed KP, specify: 1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery; 2) Certificates of conformity; 3) Links to the manufacturer; 4) Payment terms; 5) Delivery time; 6) The supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer); 7) Warranty.
