Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant consignment of goods no later than 15 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:
Delivery
1. The prices must be indicated on the terms of delivery (Buyer's warehouse), the proposal must be drawn up in the commercial proposal for the announced procedure. Delivery costs should be indicated in the KP in a separate line. The cost of production includes packaging and, if necessary, a crate of cargo
2. Indicate the shelf life of products for shipment.
3. Indicate the delivery time of products.
4. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate attitude to products. If dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming status.
5. Attach a Declaration of Conformity / Certificate for the proposed products. Upon delivery, a passport and electronic equipment must be included with the cargo.
6. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of production and the total upon application (mass, volume).
7. Supplied products shall be new, not previously used. Products must comply with the technical specifications;
8. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each package.
9. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the goods and materials by the customer or from the moment of putting the goods and materials into operation (one of the proposed options is required). Indicate.
10. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (11 pcs.). Fields should be filled out informatively, without comments - "in KP".
Winner selection criteria:
1. Compliance of the proposed products with the conditions of the Customer.
2. The lowest total transaction cost, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city of Magadan.
3. The term of readiness of the goods for shipment.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions of the procedure.
