Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for delivery may be effected by transfer of bills to the Seller. The delay of payment is 30-60 days. The prices should be indicated taking into account the transportation costs

Delivery time: 60 calendar days, or according to the schedule agreed with the Buyer. Delivery basis - ex-buyer's warehouse; consider the options offered by the supplier
Comments: This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
The seller must perform the service on his own. Attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Buyer.
By sending a proposal (offer), the Seller guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. Upon request, the Seller must provide tax reports for the most recent reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax reporting is missing or does not allow to verify with sufficient confidence the Seller's good faith, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor of services, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with the attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease rights: office, storage, production facilities, equipment / tools / machinery, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
