Payment terms:The cost of the Products includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier's settlement account upon the Supplier's full fulfillment of obligations within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of Products and a complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, consignment note, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. In this case, the application of the conditions of Article 317.1 is excluded. The Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The cost of the Products includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery by the Supplier to the buyer's warehouse at the address Novosibirsk Aksenova str. 7
