Delivery terms:Delivery of goods is carried out in batches according to the schedule (see attachment).
Recommended delivery terms:
- delivery basis - DDP (to the Buyer's warehouse at the Supplier's expense);
- delivery by Supplier's vehicles/ attracted;
- transfer of ownership from the date of delivery at the place of delivery;
- transfer of risks of accidental death or damage to the Goods from the moment of transfer of ownership;
- the cost of packaging, etc., must be included in the price of the commercial offer. We ask you not to offer a tool from the PRC, Taiwan, India, a tool from the Russian Federation, Belarus is required, according to pos 5-6 - the Czech Republic.
