This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure of request for a proposal does not impose on the Customer this volume of civil legal obligations.

Comments:
In a commercial offer, specify:
1. Supplier - data for communication, including representative.
2. The ratio of the supplier to the product is manufacturer, manufacturer representative, dealer, free seller.
3. Manufacturer of goods.
4. Price per unit of production (excluding VAT and including VAT):
4.1. for goods, production of the Russian Federation:
4.1.1. the price of the goods in the supplier's warehouse (specify the city of shipment) subject to self-export.
4.1.2. the price of goods provided by the supplier to the warehouse of the supplier in Amursk (when delivered by car)/railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when shipped in 20" /40" containers by railway station)/railway station Mylky ( when shipped in wagons by railway).
4.2. for goods, foreign production supplied from abroad:
4.2.1. the price of goods at the point of customs clearance on the terms of delivery DDP port.../railway station... (specify the point of customs clearance - TO) subject to self-export.
The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The price for the goods can be specified in rubles or in foreign currency at the rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. the price of goods provided by the supplier to the warehouse of the supplier in Amursk (when delivered by car)/railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when shipped in 20" /40" containers by railway station)/Mylki railway station ( when shipped in railcars by railway) — when specifying the price of products in the point TO in rubles.

I pay attention to the participants! A sample of KP is attached to the request. Wrongly executed KP will be returned for pre-registration! PCs filled in according to the proposed sample are considered first of all.
