| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15
working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact
the provision of services (the stage of rendering services) by the Contractor and the provision by the Contractor of documents confirming the fulfillment of the obligations by the Contractor (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the agreement).
Settlements under the agreement are carried out by transfer of funds
from the settlement account of the Customer to the settlement account of the Contractor or, as agreed by the Parties, by transferring bills of exchange as payment under the act of acceptance and transfer
and using other forms of payments that do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The date of payment is the date of debiting the funds from the Customer's current account or the date of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of bills of exchange.
The price of services under the contract includes any costs of the Contractor
in accordance with the Terms of Reference, including the cost of transporting personnel, travel expenses, compensation for all costs, necessary coordination of the result of services, as well as any taxes, fees, duties and other payments. |
