1. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
2. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that he agrees in the event of announcing its winner to conclude a contract for delivery under the standard form of JSC "ZTK" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
4. The equipment must be tested at the manufacturer and have the appropriate test certificates.
5. The service life of the equipment is not less than 10 years.
6. The supplied equipment should correspond to the advanced world level of technics in this field and to have high technical and economic indicators.
7. The supplied equipment, as well as its constituent elements must be assembled, tested and staffed at the factory-manufacturer. The equipment must be delivered only in the assembled form.
