Payment terms:The sale is carried out on the terms of 100% prepayment. The offer price must include all taxes. Transportation (delivery) is not included in the lot price, it is carried out by and at the expense of the buyer on the terms of pickup. The purchase and sale agreement is concluded directly with the company-owner of each unit of property.
Location and terms of delivery:All realizable property is located in the Trans-Baikal Territory, Olovyanninsky district, northwest of the village of Zolotorechensk.
