Payment for delivered goods shall be carried out within 60 -90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the invoice of the supplier
Delivery terms:
equipment supplied must be technically healthy and meet the requirements in this document.
Release date equipment is confirmed by the Passport, certificate, information on the data plate.
Artist guarantees to the customer that purchased their equipment meets the requirements of GOST 9293-74 and corresponds to the technical characteristics of the equipment, declared by the customer of this equipment.
The contractor must provide the trained staff, capable of producing work with UIA commissioned CT customer, as well as carrying out repairs with UIA if necessary.
To consider the suggestions of the providers that perform the following conditions:
1. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract.
2. In the offer there are signed by the offeror contract controversy.
3. Transportation costs are included in the price of the goods.
4. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with the applicable law on their own and at their own expense (if any).
5. The supplier provides the following documents:
- Be sure to grant permission to the use of the goods;
- certificate of conformity for the product (APPROVALS);
- quality certificate (if applicable);
- technical documentation necessary for use of the goods; (passport, instruction manual)
- document confirming the Product warranty, service book;
- documents confirming passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
In case of delivery of imported equipment Supplier, at its own expense carries out the translation of all documentation into Russian language.
1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach all necessary documents simultaneously with the filing of the proposal, signed and stamped by the authorized person, Organization party to the procedure. In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party.
3. Supplier must be the manufacturer or authorized dealer of the manufacturer or distributor (documents party provides simultaneously with the offer).
4. Pricing mechanism must be constant for the entire period of delivery.
The period of validity of the offer of not less than 6 months.
