Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon the completion of all Works under the Contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Results of work, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a full set of documents for payment.
