Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

This procedure of request for proposals is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The Customer is also entitled to refuse to request prices at any stage without incurring any liability to the Participants.

Participants must "load" all the documentation specified in the files: "List of statutory documents to counterparties", documents, indicated in the "Questionnaire on labour protection", "List of documents to contractors".
