The trading procedure is a one-stage one, it is allowed to carry out a rebidding.

The commercial offer is submitted in the form of an electronic document by submitting an offer in this trading procedure with filling in all mandatory and additional fields of the offer. The validity period of the commercial offer is equal to the delivery period, but not less than 1 month from the date of the offer.

When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the participant provides and attaches a package of statutory documents, accounting statements, a company card, and permits.
The documents are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
