Payment terms:
95% of the cost of goods shall be placed in time: not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days, but no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, on the basis of the original shipping documents, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code: • invoice; • commercial invoice; • consignment note (according to form TORG-12) with the provision of packing list with indication of the cost of all components. The parties have agreed that the buyer shall guarantee retention of 5% of the value of goods, which Supplier shall pay not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days, but no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the tests acceptance act for the equipment (the act on the implementation of start-up operations) on the basis of the original invoice issued by the supplier. Payment for the execution of installation supervision works shall be carried out not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days, but no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the Parties, the act of acceptance of work performed (installation supervision works), drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: • completion certificate; • invoice; • commercial invoice. Submission of quotations by the participants is conducted directly with the E-Marketplace before the date and time of the deadline for submission of applications by the participants. Thus in the specified period the applications of participants shall be placed on the E-Marketplace in scanned form (as a set of scanned documents). Participants are not allowed to submit a proposal that exceeds its initial offer price. If a participant filed a proposal which exceeds its initial price proposal, this party is not allowed to participate in the procurement.

Обращаем внимание, что участниками в заявке на участие в закупке указываются персональные данные (далее - ПД) сотрудников, предоставление которых необходимо на этапе заключения договора. При этом участниками не предоставляются согласия на обработку ПД таких сотрудников, что служит причиной отказа в допуске к участию в закупке по причине не соответствия требованиями ФЗ от 27 июля 2006 года № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных». Согласно требованиям документации о закупке для подтверждения прохождения сотрудниками участника обучения (согласно требованиям «Анкеты участника о соответствии ОТПБиЭ») ПД таких сотрудников предоставлять не требуется. В этом случае необходимо предоставить реквизиты документа, подтверждающего прохождение сотрудником участника обучения в области охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности, а сами документы (в том числе согласие на обработку ПД) необходимо предоставить при заключении договора победителю закупки.
