Comments: Commercial proposal shall specify:

The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The Price for the goods can be specified in rubles or in foreign currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. The price of the goods on condition of delivery by the supplier to the warehouse of the supplier in Amorsk (at the auto delivery)/RAILWAY station KOMSOMOLSK-on-Amur (at Dispatch in 20 "/40" containers on RAILWAY)/RAILWAY Station of the Soap (at dispatch in carriages on RAILWAY)-at the indication of the price of production in the point THAT in Rubles.
