| Payment terms: | When the offer price is up to 100 thousand rubles, including VAT: 100% advance,
over 100 thousand rubles including VAT:
1) advance payment of 30% of the contract value, 70% - after fulfillment of obligations under the agreement no earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the performance of obligations by the counterparty;
2) for SMEs, an advance payment of 40%, 60% - after fulfillment of obligations under the contract within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the counterparty's fulfillment of obligations;
3) 100% after fulfillment of obligations under the contract within 15 working days (for SMEs) from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty, in other cases — not earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the counterparty's fulfillment of obligations; |
