| Payment terms: | The Buyer shall pay for the entire goods in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Supplier has delivered all the goods delivered, the Parties sign the goods Trade-12 consignment note (or universal document of transfer, issued by Government Decree No. 1137 of 26 December 2011 (as amended by Government Decree No. 1137) 981 of the Russian Federation dated August 19, 2017), receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice and invoice, and a set of technical documentation, which were duly executed.
