| Payment terms: | Product payment shall be made in the amount of 100% of the cost of the Products delivered as set out in Annex 1 to this letter within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt by the Buyer Products (signed by the Buyer of the Unified Form No. BIG-12 or Universal Transfer Document).

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
