| Payment terms: | - the Buyer shall pay for the goods delivered within 45 (forty five) calendar days after the Parties sign the receipt and transfer certificates and the Contractor provides invoices, invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of Article 169, paragraph 5 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. There is no advance payment;
- in the event of a contract with a small or medium-sized business entity, the Buyer shall pay for the goods delivered within 15 (15) working days after the signature of the Parties receipt and transfer of goods and issuance by the Contractor of invoices and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of Article 169, paragraph 5, of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. There is no upfront payment. |
