| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products shall be 100% of the value of the delivered Products specified in Appendix No. 1 herewith within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt by the Buyer Products (signed by the Buyer of Unified Form No. TRADE-12 or Universal Transfer Document), provided that they are of proper quality and in proper completeness, and providing supporting documents confirming the quality of the Products based on the invoice issued by the Supplier; In accordance with Government Decree No. 1205 of September 18, 2019, by entering into a supply contract with a SME Supplier, payment for the delivered Products shall be made within 15 (fifteen) working days. |
