Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the Goods delivered within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date (when) the Goods are received and the consignment note is signed by the authorized representatives of the Parties (at procurement from a small and medium-sized business entity will be paid within 15 working days of acceptance).
