| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the supplied Products by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order:
- 100% payment shall be made within 25 calendar days of the actual receipt of the product by the Buyer, but not earlier than 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products to the Buyer's warehouse and provision of documents specified in clause 3.1.4 of the contract. |
