| Payment terms: | (if the Supplier does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises): payment for the goods in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Agreement price is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Supplier transfers all the goods delivered under the Agreement, the parties sign the TORG-12 consignment note and the Vehicle Acceptance and Transfer Act, the Buyer receives the original invoice, as well as documents, stipulated by the Agreement, duly executed.
(if the Supplier refers to small and medium-sized enterprises): payment for the goods in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Agreement price is made within 15 (fifteen) working days after transfer by the Supplier of all goods delivered under the Agreement, signing by the Parties the TORG-12 consignment note and the Vehicle Acceptance and Transfer Certificate, receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice, as well as documents, stipulated by the Agreement, duly executed. |
