| Payment terms: | For residents of the Russian Federation related to small and medium-sized businesses - payment in the amount of 100% of the contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery (signing by the buyer of the bill of lading or PDD, consignment note) of the Goods to the buyer's warehouse, subject to its proper quality and proper completeness and provision by the Supplier all necessary documents under the Agreement.
For residents of the Republic of Belarus and residents of the Russian Federation who are not related to small and medium-sized businesses - payment in the amount of 100% of the Agreement price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery (signing by the buyer of the consignment note or CPD, consignment note) of the Goods to the buyer's warehouse, subject to its proper quality and proper completeness and providing the Supplier with all necessary documents under the Agreement. |
