| Payment terms: | For residents of the Russian Federation related to small and medium-sized businesses - Payment in the amount of 100% of the contract price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods under the Agreement in full to the Place of shipment and signing by the Parties of all documents confirming the transfer of the Goods.
For residents of the Russian Federation related to large business entities - payment in the amount of 100% of the Agreement price is made by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account, within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods under the Agreement in full to the Place of shipment and signing by the Parties of all documents confirming the transfer of the Goods. |
