| Payment terms: | Based on the results of the analysis of commercial proposals with a participant who offered a lower price and most fully complied with the requirements of the terms of reference, it is planned to conclude an agreement for the provision of services.
The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead with an indication of:
- full name of the organization;
- details and contact details: TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (term for the provision of services, payment procedure, etc.).
The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of providing services in accordance with the form of Appendix 1.
Payment terms: within 15 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the acceptance and transfer of products under the contract.
Delivery of goods is required to the warehouse of Bilibino NPP in St. Moscow, ul. Skladochnaya, d. 3, p. 3 until March 1, 2022
Carrying out this procedure for collecting information does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
