| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the commodity consignment note and provision of original primary documents (invoice, invoice, consignment note). |
