| Payment terms: | Payment for manufactured and delivered products of proper quality is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account within:
30 calendar days (for winners – organizations – SMEs);
45 calendar days (for non-SME winners) from the date of delivery of products to the place of delivery, subject to the exchange of original invoices, certificates, invoices, contracts signed by both parties. |
