| Payment terms: | Payment terms: settlements under the agreement are made in a non-cash manner by payment orders by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account:
- if the contract is concluded with an SME entity, then payment is made within 7 (Seven) business days from the control point (delivery under the contract / delivery of the batch), subject to compliance with the registration of acceptance documents established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1). Advance payment is not provided.;
- if the contract is concluded with a non-SME entity, then payment is made within no more than 15 (Fifteen) calendar days from the checkpoint, subject to compliance with the registration of acceptance documents established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1). Advance payment is not provided. |
