| Payment terms: | the buyer makes a settlement with the supplier after the delivery of all the goods provided for in the supply agreement by cashless payment of 100% of the cost of the goods within 30 calendar days from the moment of the beginning signing by the buyer and supplier of a waybill and receiving from the supplier the original invoice for payment and invoices issued by the supplier in accordance with the established in the Russian Federation requirements, certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality, fire safety, safe operation, warranty service of the goods, etc.
If the supplier is a small and medium-sized enterprise, the buyer pays with the supplier after the delivery of all the goods provided for in the supply contract by cashless payment of 100% of the cost of the goods within 15 working days from the moment the buyer and the supplier sign the waybill and receipt by the buyer from the supplier of the original invoice for payment and invoice, issued by the supplier in accordance with the requirements established in the Russian Federation, certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality, fire safety, safe operation, warranty service of goods, etc. |
