by transferring funds to the settlement account of the counterparty (service provider) after receipt from the counterparty of documents for payment (post-payment) and documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of obligations (subject to the established norms for their execution) of the contract in terms of the provision of Services of proper quality. |
