| Payment terms: | The Buyer shall pay for the delivered Goods in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the price of the delivered Goods within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of delivery by the Supplier delivered Goods, Parties sign an invoice in the form of TRADE-12 or UPA, receipt by the Buyer of a duly issued original invoice, and other documents provided for by contract.
In case the Supplier is a small and medium-sized business entity, the Buyer pays the delivered Goods in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the delivered Goods a period not exceeding 15 (fifteen) working days after the date of delivery by the Supplier, the Parties sign the Trade-12 or UPD invoice, and the Buyer receives the duly the original invoice, as well as other documents provided for in the Agreement. |
