Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- An advance payment of 30% (thirty percent) of the total price of the Treaty, carried out by the Buyer on the basis of invoices for payment within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of signature of the Agreement;
- The final calculation of 70% (seventy percent) of the total price of the Treaty, carried out by the Purchaser within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the products and the Parties sign the consignment note / DFC, of the invoice and the invoice.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
