Payment for all actually rendered services is carried out by the Customer by wire transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days after signing the act of services rendered, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice. If the Contractor refers to small and medium-sized businesses, payment for all actually rendered services is carried out by the Customer by wire transfer of funds to the Contractor's current account within 15 (fifteen) working days after signing the act of services rendered, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
